PRICE PER PERSON AND DAY WITH BEACH SERVICE:
Prices for board per person and day including service and VAT. For less than 3 nights stays, a 20% supplement on top rates could be applied by the management. The visitor's tax is not included in the prices and must be paid separately, directly in the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to establish a minimum duration of stay at specific times of year. During these times short stays can be booked only at short notice.
THE PRICE IS INCLUSIVE of private Beach with sun umbrella and sun chairs, Pool with sliding board Taboga, Whirlpool, Solarium and parking.

DOGS ARE CHARGE EURO 5 PER DAY:
Adult, small sized (max. nr. 1; up to 10 kg), dogs are welcome!. It is absolutely forbidden to bring pets to the restaurant, bar, swimming-pool, solarium and other common areas. We kindly ask the owners of the pets to fend for themselves with litter and all necessary for their hygiene and cleanliness.

|Arrival & Departure:|
CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT TIMES: rooms are available from 12:00 p.m. on arrival-day and guests are required to leave the room by 10:00 a.m. on departure day. The manager has the authority to anticipate or postpone the hours of availability of the room.
On arrival all guests of the hotel, including children, are required to show their documents for registration.
Advice of late arrival is appreciated.

A) WITH DEPOSIT BY A BANK WIRE:
after receiving confirmation of your reservation via e-mail, please send us a deposit. Reservations are only valid after reception of a down payment of € 200 per room. On receipt of the deposit a written confirmation will be sent by the management.
In case of cancellation: the deposit will not be refunded but used for another stay.

B) WITH GUARANTEED CREDIT CARD:
reservations are considered as confirmed after the release of details of a credit card to guarantee the booking (just as a guarantee, the payment is provided at the hotel).
Bookings made through the site direct www.hotel-alexander.net, using no special offer, can be cancelled and / or changed without penalty up to 14 days before date of arrival. For late cancellations or no show will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total amount booked.

Cash Payments: up to Euro 3.000 per person.
Credit Cards accepted: Visa, Euro/Master card, Bancomat, Maestro, Carta Si, EC-Card. Diners and American Express are not accepted. Guests are requested to check the daily limit of their credit card and to finalise payment the day before departure.
The visitor's tax must be paid separately, directly in the hotel.
For the early departures will be charged the entire reserved period with exceptions of the meals.
