PERHAPS NOT EVERYONE KNOWS THAT...
• Bibione is the second most popular beach in Italy.
• Its name derives from the ancient Roman 'Insulae Bibioni'.
• A unique area, Bibione contains the water of the Tagliamento River that comes down from the Alps, the water of the Adriatic Sea, the water of the Valgrande Lagoon and also the thermal water that flows from a spring 500 metres below ground level.

- BY CAR
From the A4 motorway exit at "Latisana" and go straight on towards Lignano for about ten kilometres. In the locality Picchi you will find a roundabout take the first exit following the signs for Bibione.
Once in Bibione go straight on via Corso del Sole, pass two roundabouts and turn left at the third on Via Venere, continue along this road and when you reach the stop sign, on your left, you will find Hotel Alexander at number 70 Via Perseo.
- BY TRAIN
From the railway stations in Latisana or Portogruaro, Bibione can be reached in about half an hour by bus or 20 minutes by taxi.
