Prices, per room per night, include beach service, parking, VAT and refer to a minimum stay of 3 nights; for shorter periods we reserve the right to apply a 20% surcharge. Prices do not include the cost of tourist tax. The hotel reserves the right to set a minimum length of stay during certain periods. During such periods, short stays can only be booked close to the respective date.
We would like to inform you that our hotel, which applies a price list per room per night, does not allow members of the same room to differentiate the type of treatment, so that each room can only have one treatment, choosing between: breakfast, half board or full board.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CHECK-INrooms, beach service and parking are available by 12:00 am - 13:00 pm in the morning.
Evening arrivals (no later than 11 pm): we kindly request you to inform us by phone of your arrival time at +39 0431 439051; if you do not inform us, your reservation will be cancelled.
CHECK-OUTthe room and parking space must be vacated by 10.00 am.
Please note that all services offered by the hotel end at check-out.
LATE CHECK OUT
with a small supplement you can have the room and the umbrella on the beach, until 19:00!
(service subject to availability, to be requested on site, the day before departure).
HOW TO BOOK
You can send an availability request by simply filling in the form "REQUEST A QUOTE" which you will find at the end of the page on the homepage of our official website: www.hotel-alexander.net or by contacting us by phone.
You will then receive a detailed and personalised offer (not binding) with the booking procedure.
✔️ For each reservation, after your confirmation you will be asked for a deposit of € 200 (per room), which payment must be made by bank transfer, or for stays under date, we will require the submission of credit card details to guarantee the same.
The reservation becomes definitely binding for Hotel Alexander only at the moment of the crediting of the deposit that will be communicated through our e-mail.
BOOKINGS MADE WITH A CREDIT CARD AS GUARANTEE
when confirming your booking, for undated stays, we will require the details (number, expiry date and name of cardholder) of a credit card (Visa or MasterCard circuit - no American Express) to guarantee the booking. We reserve the right to check the validity of your credit card before your arrival by requesting a simple authorisation from the credit card company.
The credit card details will be stored on non-computerised storage media and deleted when the guest leaves.
OFFERS WITH SPECIAL “NON-REFUNDABLE” RATE
where applicable, the hotel will offer a discounted rate in exchange for the certainty of the stay. If the guest accepts the reduced price, he/she loses the option to cancel and to change the dates of the stay.
BALANCE OF THE STAY
the balance of your stay is due at the reception desk the day before your departure date. We accept both cash payments (up to a maximum amount of € 5.000) and credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Debit Card and MasterCard). We do not accept bank cheques, subject to payment in advance on arrival. Guests wishing to receive an invoice instead of a tax receipt should inform us at the time of booking and provide all the necessary details. In the event of failure to do so, a receipt will be issued. Guests who cause damage to the building, movable property, equipment, etc. are held legally responsible within the framework of the applicable regulations.
Upon departure, the hotel staff will inspect the rooms and the cost of replacing any damage or loss of keys will be charged to the final bill.
tourist tax amounts to € 1.10, per person per night, for stays from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. This cost is not included in the rate booked and must be paid directly at the hotel. Children under 4 years of age and non-self-sufficient disabled people with their carer are not subject to the payment of the fee.
NOISE & REST
behaviour, games and the use of equipment that cause disturbance to other Guests must be avoided inside the property at all times, especially between 11 pm and 8 am, when guests are expected to rest.
LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE
in case of late arrival, early departure, the management will charge the cost of the room, as a penalty, for a maximum period of 3 days.
the deposit is paid by the guest to ensure that the room booked is available on arrival.
When the room is booked and confirmed by the guest with a deposit, the reservations office of the Hotel Alexander will refuse any other reservation for that room, in order to honour the mutual commitment made with the guest.
✔️ Cancellation penalty applicable to the deposit paid:
• up to 8 days before arrival: NO cancellation fees;
• from 7 days to the date of arrival: the full amount of the deposit will be withheld.
• In case of “non-show” (no show): the full amount of the deposit will be charged;
✔️ CANCELLATION WITH CREDIT CARD TO GUARANTEE OF THE BOOKING An amount of 200 euro will be charged as a penalty.
• In case of “non-show” (no show): will be charged as a penalty an amount equal to 200 euro.
