Prices are in euros per room and night and include beach service, parking and VAT.
→  In order to ensure optimal management, the hotel reserves the right to set a minimum length of stay for certain periods or types of accommodation.
→  A surcharge of 30% may be applied for short stays of 1 to 3 days.
→  The hotel applies a price list per room per night and does not allow different treatment between members of the same room.

BEACH SERVICE

 Includes: nr. 1 beach umbrella + nr. 2 sun loungers.

Extra charge for sunshade in 1° 2° 3° row:
€ 5,00 per day, upon reservation and subject to availability.

ADDITIONAL BEACH UMBRELLA SUPPLEMENT
For added comfort on the beach, an additional parasol can be reserved for a small extra charge of €20 per day (option subject to reservation and availability on site).




BEVERAGE PACKAGE

For a small supplement to the half-board, you can include the drinks package, which consists of soft drinks, house wine, and bottled beer.
The beverage package can be selected within the "REQUEST A QUOTE" form by confirming the "include beverages in the meal" option.



E-BIKES

To be able to discover Bibione in complete freedom, we have decided to propose an alternative way of getting around: our e-bikes with pedal assistance are ready for you! Information and costs for this service are available at the reception upon arrival at the hotel.



BICYCLES

The hotel offers free bike hire for two hours a day.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS


CHECK-IN

rooms, beach service and parking are available by 12:00 am - 13:00 pm in the morning.
Evening arrivals (no later than 11 pm): we kindly request you to inform us by phone of your arrival time at +39 0431 439051; if you do not inform us, your reservation will be cancelled.

CHECK-OUT

the room and parking space must be vacated by 10.00 am.
Please note that all services offered by the hotel end at check-out.




HOW TO BOOK

You can send an availability request by simply filling in the form "REQUEST A QUOTE" which you will find at the end of the page on the homepage of our official website: www.hotel-alexander.net or by contacting us by phone.
You will then receive a detailed and personalised offer (not binding) with the booking procedure.

For each reservation, as a guarantee for your stay, we require a deposit by bank transfer or, for reservations with an immediate arrival date, credit card details (number and expiry date).

The validity of the credit card will be checked upon confirmation (we accept Visa and MasterCard, not American Express).

 the deposit is paid by the guest to ensure that the room booked is available on arrival.
When the room is booked and confirmed by the guest with a deposit, the reservations office of the Hotel Alexander will refuse any other reservation for that room, in order to honour the mutual commitment made with the guest.


NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
The NON-REFUNDABLE offer requires payment for the entire stay at the time of booking.
The reservation is CANNOT BE CANCELLED and CANNOT BE MODIFIED.




BALANCE OF THE STAY

The payment for the stay must be made at the reception in the afternoon of the arrival day or the day before departure. We accept cash (up to € 5,000) and credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Pagobancomat, Mastercard), but not checks. Guests wishing to receive an invoice instead of a tax receipt should inform us at the time of booking and provide all the necessary details. In the event of failure to do so, a receipt will be issued. Guests who cause damage to the building, movable property, equipment, etc. are held legally responsible within the framework of the applicable regulations. Upon departure, the hotel staff will inspect the rooms and the cost of replacing any damage or loss of keys will be charged to the final bill.

TOURIST TAX

Visitor's tax amounts to € 1,70 per person per night. 
This cost is not included in the rate booked and must be paid directly at the hotel.


NOISE & REST

behaviour, games and the use of equipment that cause disturbance to other Guests must be avoided inside the property at all times, especially between 11 pm and 8 am, when guests are expected to rest.



CANCELLATION CONDITIONS


CANCELLATION PENALTIES APPLICABLE TO THE DEPOSIT PAID
• cancellation with at least 15 days notice: NO PENALTY.
• cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
• cancellation from 7 days before the date of arrival: the entire amount of the deposit will be retained.

IN CASE OF NO SHOW:
 (no show): the entire amount of the deposit will be retained.

IN CASE OF LATE ARRIVAL:
or last minute change of dates, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

IN CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE:
as a penalty the management will charge the cost of the room for a maximum period of 3 days.
